I struggle with winter in the city – January and February are bleak, with most New Yorkers fleeing to cozier places and the streets barren and gray. As someone who loves both nature and social interaction, cold urban hibernation is a difficult adjustment…but we made it through. I have a random mix of photos from the winter months, all on 35mm film, a snapshot of the quiet moments that made me smile. Enjoy (and thank goodness it’s spring)!
